Digital Marketing Paid Search (PPC) Coordinator

Marathon Consulting is seeking a Digital Marketing PPC Coordinator to support our Integrated Digital Marketing team on paid search, social, and programmatic campaigns for our clients. This role requires a self-motivated, results-driven individual who likes to have fun while collaborating with a dynamic team in the ever-evolving world of digital marketing.

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing paid search and paid social campaigns to drive targeted traffic, engage audiences, and optimize digital advertising performance.

This position requires a foundational understanding of launching and supporting digital advertising campaigns, as well as the ability to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and stay updated on industry trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, create, implement, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Simpli.fi and more.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and develop a comprehensive keyword strategy.
  • Ad Copywriting: Write compelling ad copy that drives click-through rates and conversions while maintaining brand consistency.
  • A/B Testing: Execute A/B tests on ad creatives, targeting parameters, landing pages, bid strategies, and more to improve campaign performance.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyze campaign performance, create reports, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Adherence to Best Practices: Stay current with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices for paid search and social advertising.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including SEO, graphic designers, and web developers to align advertising efforts with overall marketing goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of paid search experience building and optimizing campaigns (Social/SEO/Programmatic a plus).
  • Platform Proficiency: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other major advertising platforms.
  • Keyword Research: Proven experience in keyword research and management.
  • Analytics Tools: Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads and GA4) are a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications (or related field).
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
