Marathon Consulting Announces Team Additions – 2023 Q1

Marathon Consulting, LLC, a Virginia-based Information Technology and Digital Marketing Consulting firm, announced a recent expansion resulting in the addition of 6 team members. All of the new team members are assigned to clients local to Marathon offices, as well as Marathon clients across the US.

The new employees include the following individuals:

Steven E. - Steven joined Marathon in January 2022 as a Senior Corporate Recruiter. He brings eight (8) years of IT recruiting specifically in the application and enterprise systems space in both staffing service and full-desk agency settings. His presence as a dedicated recruiter in the Richmond, Virginia office will enable Marathon to take the growth of the Richmond office to the next level. 

Lance W. - Lance joined Marathon in January 2022 as an Information Technology Consultant. He brings over four (4) years of full-stack front-end to back-end development, leveraging C#.Net, and as of recent, has worked more in Blazor Angular, API, Azure, Power Tool, Power BI, Logic Apps, and more. Lance is currently assigned to a Hampton Roads municipality project.

Jack F. – Jack joined Marathon in January 2022 as a standout CNU computer science year-round intern/Information Technology Consultant. He will be assigned to both the digital marketing and the application development teams where he will work on targeted client projects and special internal projects.

Ely B. - Ely joined Marathon in February 2023 as an Information Technology Consultant. He brings a strong technical background combined with his full-stack development and complex problem-solving skills to fully leverage his application development skills in a consultative client environment. Ely is currently assigned to the application development team where he will work on targeted client projects.

Eric L. - Eric joined Marathon in March 2023 as a Business Development Manager. He brings over twenty (20) years of digital marketing and advertising experience in new market development, initiating targeted business partnerships with other companies and building out strategies and successful sales efforts to grow revenue. Eric leverages his consultative sales skills to work closely with client companies to strengthen and grow the business relationship. His presence as a dedicated Business Development Manager in the Richmond, Virginia office will enable Marathon to take the growth of the Richmond office to the next level.
