Marathon Consulting Announces Team Additions – 2025 Q3 and Q4

Virginia Beach, VA. – Marathon Consulting, LLC, a Virginia-based Information Technology consulting company, today announced a recent expansion resulting in the addition of 3 team members. All of the new team members are assigned to clients local to Marathon offices and across the U.S.

The new employees include the following individuals:

Neethin T. – Neethin is an accomplished GIS Programmer Analyst with extensive experience in geospatial technologies, software development, and data visualization. He holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology and maintains multiple industry certifications, including ESRI ArcGIS Desktop Associate and Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300). His technical proficiencies include Python Java, C#, SQL, and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS. With a proven track record in both the public and private sectors, Neethin is passionate about leveraging geospatial intelligence to solve complex challenges and inform strategic decision making. He currently leverages his skills with a regional municipality where he develops ArcGIS Pro add-ins and custom geocoding tools to support municipal asset management systems..

Joey T. – Joey joined Marathon Consulting’s Performance Marketing team. He has experience spanning digital marketing, campaign management, sales, and business development. He has managed multi-platform ad campaigns through tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Trade Desk, and TikTok, as well as implemented advanced tracking strategies using Google Tag Manager to capture conversions and optimize client outcomes. A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a B.A. in Marketing and Personal Selling, Joey combines creativity, technical skills, and a strong work ethic for an exciting addition to the Performance Marketing team.

AJ C. – Jason “AJ” joins our team as a seasoned Senior Application Development Consultant with deep expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, Blazor, SQL, and modern web technologies. He has a strong record of delivering efficient, scalable solutions—ranging from automation that saved a client over $500,000 annually to workflow improvements that reduced processing times by 90%.  AJ previously led custom development projects through his consultancy, Space Monkeys Down, LLC, and spent nearly a decade as a Senior Engineer at Elevance Health, where he helped pioneer Agile practices and built enterprise applications used across the organization. He holds a B.S. in Information Systems and multiple ITIL certifications. AJ is known for his clean code, problem-solving mindset, and ability to quickly improve processes and systems. He is currently assigned to a national leader in the tax preparation industry.
