As Marathon has grown throughout the years, we have identified the need to elevate consultants with strong leadership qualities to team leads. This group acts as mentors and leaders, inspiring and guiding their teams toward project goals, as well as encouraging personal and professional growth. With them, every consultant here has a champion and advocate with their best interest and continued improvement in mind.

Our beloved Team Lead and Project Manager, Koren Pandelakis, left this world all too early in February 2018. For 5 years she was a member of the Marathon Consulting family, bringing optimism, encouragement, and inspiration to her team members every day. Though we miss her presence dearly, her memory continues to inspire us to always do our best, be kind to each other, take time to enjoy life, and never stop reaching for the stars.
