Angela R. – Angela is a seasoned data professional with over 10 years of experience in Data Analysis and Engineering. She specializes in Azure Data Factory, Data Bricks, and Spark, with a strong background in data warehousing. Angela excels in Python, SQL, and data visualization using PowerBI and Tableau. Her technical prowess, attention to detail, and ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations make her a valuable asset to any team and is assigned to a multi-state financial lender.

Doug C. – Doug is a versatile business consultant with expertise in process engineering, manufacturing management, quality assurance, and project management. He has a strong track record in automotive, textiles, printing, consumer goods, and financial services industries. With certifications including Lean Six-Sigma Blackbelt, ISO 9000 Lead Assessor, PMP, CSM, and SAFe Agilist 4.5, Doug excels in project planning, budgeting, and cross-functional team leadership. With a reputation for driving improvements and achieving outstanding results, Doug brings exceptional value to any team or project and will be placed with strategic clients.

Scott R. – Scott is a seasoned software expert with 20 years of experience. He is proficient in .NET technology and excels in architecture and development for web and desktop apps. With skills in application design, systems architecture, and software development, Scott spans industries from IT to healthcare. Roles such as Senior Software Developer at Problem Solutions and Application Architect at Lifetouch National School Studios highlight his impact. Scott's academic achievements include a BS in Computer Science, and he holds an Azure Developer Associate certification. He is currently supporting a financial client.

Patrick S. – Patrick is a distinguished IT professional with over 20 years of experience, recognized for his expertise in architecting multi-technology solutions in both private and government sectors. He has chaired national Architectural Committees, received state-wide awards, and is known for his exceptional ability to build trust with clients. Patrick's skills encompass the entire application life cycle, and he excels at issue mitigation. Patrick will be supporting strategic clients on application development projects. 

Jim G. – Jim joined Marathon in September of 2023 as a Senior Application Development Consultant. He brings over 20 years of Microsoft full-stack development experience including framework development, software architecture (data, user interface, web services), software development, project management, and baseline management. Jim is a valuable addition to the Application Development team where he will work on targeted client projects.
