The founders — Tony Cortinas, Ben Ricks, Al Moore, and Harris Pezzella — guided our company in the early days. They drew upon over 80 years of IT and industry experience in Hampton Roads to create a foundation for success.
Today, we are 130+ employees strong and proud to have served over 600 clients. The key to our growth? A measured, deliberate approach with every hire and client engagement. And still today, our leadership team sets the pace — whether it’s technical complexity, team leadership, client relations, quality assurance, or business planning.

Our beloved Team Lead and Project Manager, Koren Pandelakis, left this world all too early in February 2018. For 5 years she was a member of the Marathon Consulting family, bringing optimism, encouragement, and inspiration to her team members every day. Though we miss her presence dearly, her memory continues to inspire us to always do our best, be kind to each other, take time to enjoy life, and never stop reaching for the stars.
