Four employees. Four clients. That's how Marathon Consulting began operations in 2006.

The founders — Tony Cortinas, Ben Ricks, Al Moore, and Harris Pezzella — guided our company in the early days. They drew upon over 80 years of IT and industry experience in Hampton Roads to create a foundation for success.

Today, we are 120+ employees strong and proud to have served over 550 clients. The key to our growth? A measured, deliberate approach with every hire and client engagement. And still today, our leadership team sets the pace — whether it’s technical complexity, team leadership, client relations, quality assurance, or business planning.
