Virginia Beach, VA. – Marathon Consulting, LLC, a Virginia-based Information Technology consulting company, today announced a recent expansion resulting in the addition of 4 team members. All of the new team members are assigned to clients local to Marathon offices and across the US.

The new employees include the following individuals:

Adam W. – Adam is a skilled Software Developer with over 6 years of hands-on experience, specializing in back-end development using C# and the .NET framework. His expertise spans a broad range of Azure services, including SQL, search, queues, functions, Key Vault, and storage, allowing him to build and maintain robust, scalable solutions. Adam's technical knowledge is complemented by his commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction as he bridges the gap between technical teams and clients to ensure seamless project execution and success.

Aaron W. – Aaron is an experienced Data Engineering and Database Development Consultant with expertise in database architecture, data warehousing, and cloud infrastructure across finance, healthcare, and IT industries. He is highly skilled in designing efficient data pipelines, implementing data models, and managing large-scale ETL processes using tools like SQL Server, SSIS, and Python. Aaron has a proven record of success in process automation and enhancing reporting accuracy, particularly within BI and analytics teams. He joins the Marathon Data Solutions team to work with several strategic clients.

Carleton C. – Carleton is a versatile Software Developer with expertise in web and software development, particularly within the Department of Defense, real estate, transportation, and IT sectors. Proficient in C#, .NET, and Java, Carleton has developed complex applications, including training and budget tracking systems, for military and corporate clients. Skilled in modern web technologies like Entity Framework, Spring Boot, and Next.js, he leverages Azure and IAM solutions for secure, scalable applications. Experienced in agile development, Carleton has a solid foundation in microservices, automated testing with Selenium, and containerization with OpenShift. He will be working with strategic clients on various complex application solutions.

Daniel C. – Daniel joins Marathon as an Application Development Consultant with almost a decade of hands-on experience in SharePoint and specialized expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform. He brings a proven track record of success as a lead engineer and proficiency spanning the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions tailored to meet diverse business needs. Daniel leverages a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies and excels in driving efficiency and productivity through strategic utilization of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
