Alan holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA, a Masters in Education (M.Ed.) from Westchester University in Westchester, PA, and a Bachelors of Arts (B.A.) in Mathematics from Lycoming College in Williamsport, PA.
